Current (Rev B) content:

Motor shall deliver a minimum peak torque of 350 Nm at the output shaft under nominal 400V DC bus voltage.

Target: 350 Nm · Tolerance: ±5 Nm

Verification: Dynamometer test at rated voltage

Current (Rev A) content:

Motor shall maintain a continuous output power of 150 kW at operating temperature without exceeding thermal limits.

Target: 150 kW · Tolerance: −0/+10 kW

Verification: Thermal steady-state dynamometer test

Current (Rev A) content:

Motor housing and all connectors shall achieve IP67 rating per IEC 60529 throughout the service life of the vehicle.

Target: IP67 · Tolerance: No deviation permitted

Verification: Ingress protection test per IEC 60529 §14.2.8

Current (Rev A) content:

Motor shall operate across a DC bus voltage range of 250 V to 450 V without performance degradation outside the derating curve.

Target: 250–450 V DC

Verification: Bench test across voltage sweep profile

Current (Rev A) content:

Motor shall operate reliably across an ambient temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and a coolant inlet temperature of up to 65°C.

Target: −40°C to +85°C

Verification: Thermal chamber with simultaneous load cycling
